1. Acceptance and website
These terms apply to your use of Nija Astro at https://nijaastro.com. By accessing the website, creating an account or buying a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Astrology services
Nija Astro provides Vedic astrology calculations and content, including Kundli, Panchang, calendar, matchmaking, Muhurtam, Prasna readings and AI-assisted questions. Some calculations are free; paid services are identified with their price before purchase.
Astrology content is for spiritual, cultural, educational and personal-reflection purposes. It is not a guaranteed prediction or professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report unauthorized account use. If you are under 18, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Pricing, wallet and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you confirm a purchase. A Prasna Reading and each AI question are paid digital services. Your wallet is debited only for the service identified on the website, at the price displayed for that service.
Wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay. Razorpay may offer card, UPI, net-banking or other methods. Nija Astro does not store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Wallet balance is a closed-loop service credit for purchases on Nija Astro. It is not a bank account, cannot earn interest, cannot be transferred between users and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Paid services are delivered digitally. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery details and the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations, failed payments, duplicate charges and refund timelines.
6. Accuracy and user responsibility
Calculations and readings depend on the question, date, time, location and birth details you provide. You are responsible for checking those details and for decisions you make. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for important health, legal, financial, career or relationship decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, reverse engineer the service, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
8. Intellectual property
The website design, software, original text, reports, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Nija Astro and are protected by applicable law. You may use results for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not republish or sell the service or its content without permission.
9. Third-party services and advertising
The website may use or link to third-party services such as Google Login, Google advertising and Razorpay. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Nija Astro is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.
10. Availability and account action
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms, threaten security, abuse the service or create legal risk. We will handle any remaining payment obligations in accordance with the refund policy and applicable law.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nija Astro disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on astrology content, service interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
