1. Information you provide

• Birth and profile details: name, gender, date and time of birth, birthplace, coordinates and time zone used for Kundli, matchmaking and related calculations.
• Prasna details: your question, selected location, coordinates, time zone, question time and the generated chart or reading.
• Contact details: name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message sent through the contact form.
• Account details: display name, email address and authentication information needed to operate your account.

2. Google Login information

If you choose Google Login, Google provides Nija Astro with your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile picture, subject to the permissions shown on the Google sign-in screen. We do not receive or store your Google password.

We use Google Login information only to create or identify your Nija Astro account, sign you in, secure the account and communicate about the service.

3. Birth data and saved profiles

Guest birth details are processed to produce the result requested. When you are signed in, Kundli and matchmaking profiles may be saved to your account so you can reuse them. You can delete saved profiles from your account.

A record of each Kundli and matchmaking request you submit — the birth details entered, the time of the request and, if you are signed in, your account — is retained for a limited period for service delivery, support, fraud prevention and quality review. This applies whether or not you are signed in.

A Prasna question and related technical or audit information may be retained for service delivery, support, fraud prevention and quality review.

4. Payments and wallet records

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Nija Astro stores transaction references, Razorpay order and payment identifiers, amount, status, wallet ledger entries and timestamps for payment confirmation, support, reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping.

Your card number, UPI PIN and bank credentials are entered with Razorpay or your payment provider and are not stored by Nija Astro.

5. Technical, analytics and advertising data

We may collect cookie identifiers, session identifiers, browser and device information, language, page paths, referrer, approximate or masked IP information, timestamps and error or security logs to operate, secure and improve the website.

When Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize ads, depending on your region, choices and applicable law.

6. How we use information

• To calculate charts, generate readings and reports, save requested profiles and provide account features.
• To process payments, credit wallet balances, maintain transaction history and resolve payment problems.
• To respond to messages, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and improve performance.
• To display and measure advertising when advertising is enabled and permitted.

7. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share only information needed with service providers such as hosting and email providers, Google for login and advertising, Razorpay for payments, and professional or government authorities when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

8. Retention, security and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Account, wallet and payment records may be retained for financial, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations even after other profile data is deleted.

We use HTTPS, access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can delete saved profiles, control cookies in your browser, manage Google ad personalization at Google Ads Settings, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows the latest revision.
