Nija Astro at https://nijaastro.com provides digital astrology services and wallet credits. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier, postal delivery or shipping fee applies.
2. Wallet top-up delivery
A successful Razorpay payment is normally credited to your Nija Astro wallet immediately after payment confirmation. Bank, network or webhook delays can cause a payment to remain pending while it is verified.
3. Reading delivery
Prasna readings and AI answers are delivered on the website after the displayed wallet amount is debited and generation completes. Delivery time can vary with service availability and the complexity of the request.
4. Delivery problems
If your payment was debited without a wallet credit, or a paid result was not delivered, do not repeat the payment. Contact support with your account email, amount, date and Razorpay payment or order identifier.
